Ankua (An)Name Pronounced: an-KWAH Appearance: Ankua's an athletic woman, standing 5 foot-5 with muscles everywhere carving a lean presence across her coppery skin. One curve flows into another making an hourglass figure that's not quite voluptuous and, while long, shapely legs continue her appearance as distinctly feminine, smaller details like the mounds of A-cup cleavage don't stand out. What colors she'd wear don't just fit snug but also insure her shapeliness is more obvious. Though not someone you'd catch in eyewatering combination, her favorite orange is bright enough it deepens the grey coloration of her eyes. Brushed onto each side the umber brown hair curls back shortening it's appearance further so one can't tell length from just looking, however, her face itself appears longer since there are no bangs. From where the curl ends strands range from chin-length down until they almost reach her shoulderblades in back. When loose she pushes those on the left behind her ear, otherwise she twists it pointed upward through a clip with the ends puffing various directions. Personality: Never was it easy keeping her entertained but nowadays Ankua'll use the word 'boring' about whatever goes on around her. Satisfaction comes from testing her limits, for which Threadfall's perfect, whereas the assigned chorework won't garner her enthusiasm unless she knows swift progress can be made. A down-to-earth sort of person whom's reliable at doing what's needed, she has no concern for smaller issues or whether her answers are wrong. Her playful condescension leaves room where she's always correct on some side of the spectrum, which she meant beforehand is anyone's guess. She turns work into competition to avoid too many questions about herself since a slight paranoia won't let her share thoughts or possessions completely. When necessary her answers are thorough, otherwise her comments take abrupt turns weaving a mysterious air like there's more one should expect. History: Until she was five nothing too eventful happened around Motheno Hold, her home since birth, but as a curious, lively child Ankua would get into something someday. The trouble started when she became separated from her parents during a Gather, mere moments after noticing she was gone they spotted someone stumble over her small form. It being an accident didn't register in his upset state and Hanord reacted without thinking, landing several blow on the person, showing no sign of rational thought until he'd been pulled away. Ankua (An) is a candidate. Her colour preference is Gold, Green Read: Yes All references to worlds and characters based on Anne McCaffrey's fiction are copyright© Anne McCaffrey 1967,2005, all rights reserved, and used by permission of the author.
